For those who don't know me yet, hey!

Mum. Ex Virtual Assistant. Agency founder. Scorpio.

That's the short version.

In 2021 I was on maternity leave with a 3 month old, running on no sleep, and absolutely determined not to go back to an office when it ended.

So I did what any slightly unhinged, yet very determined person does.

I googled "how to become a VA" until something stuck.

It did. First client. Referrals. Fully booked. Aus VA Finalist 23/24.

And then 2024 hit and burnout hit harder. I had to be honest about what I'd actually built , a business that couldn't run without me.

So I hired my first offshore VA. She's still with us today. 🙏

That one decision changed everything. Not only for my business, but for my personal life. My family. I went from burnt out and running on empty to actually being able to breathe again.

I built TCC because I was a burnt out mum running a virtual assistant business.

Not “busy” burnt out. Immune system depleted, body in fight or flight, working through nights and holidays because there was nobody else. Just me.

The guilt that came with that was heavy.

Being a mum and still not being present because my business needed me every hour I had.
