Managed to surprise myself tonight pulling 210x1 after pulling 180x3. Have had a bad back for a long time so nice to lift something heavy for a change.
smashed out 120x1 after making 90kg and 100kg deadlifts look easy. What a babe! 😍 @ Go Health Clubs Carindale

Finally have progressed to unassisted muscle ups. Now to keep working on flexibility, stability, balance and transitioning between movements and bars. So pumped! Can't wait to see what I can achieve in the coming weeks!
