⚠️ Cyclone Alfred is forecast to make landfall this Thursday evening, bringing strong winds, heavy rain, and the risk of flooding across the South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales regions.

We're closely monitoring the situation and have contingency plans in place to help minimise any disruption to our services. While our team and office are located within the impact zone, we'll continue operating as usual for as long as conditions allow.

Should local staff become unavailable, your calls will be seamlessly redirected to our interstate or overseas support teams, who are ready to assist.

Please keep in mind that severe weather can lead to higher-than-normal service requests, so there may be some delays. We really appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
