Last week marked my 4th bootcamp with and I am a few months into round 2 of his legacy program.

I could bang on about how great the event was but what I wanted to talk about was Ryan as a person.

I met Ryan 3.5 years ago after he generously offered to run some training for a community I had on the Gold Coast.

At the time I remember thinking how kind that was and my community loved every minute of it.

Fast forward to today, after witnessing Ryan’s character I have now invested 6 figures into being coached and mentored by him.

Ryan has always led from a place of giving first and I respect that.

Which is why I have been apart of SWISH for a couple of years now and looking forward to having him run training at my upcoming BeKnown Accelerator.

Last week I drove a 3 hour round trip to pick up a new car.

Simply because of the owners personal brand

I needed a new car and wanted to go somewhere that I could trust.

I have been watching Luke’s journey over the years and respect anyone who has the guts to put themselves out there and the resilience to stay consistent.

The team were great at Aspley Mazda!

Luke Camilleri you will be happy to know that Saunders did an awesome job!

Even when I tried my best to get a cheeky discount on the car, he held strong (great for you, sucked for me 🙄😂).

He also said some nice things about you that really stuck out, he said you always look for opportunities no matter how big or small and that is a huge part of your success.

Now I am not sure if Rhys is gunning for a promotion 😂 But if not, know you have staff who really respect you and speak highly of you!

2 key messages from this post.

1. Treat your staff well they will treat your customers well.

2. Grow your personal brand, it is what will make you stand out in a saturated market.

Right next to my 2026 goals.

I have written out a list of all the reasons I may not achieve them.

Why?

Because as fun and exciting setting goals can be, your unconscious mind will eventually run the show and derail your progress.

My goal setting ritual right now looks like;
> 10% figuring out my goals.

> 90% figuring out where I normally self sabotage, play out bad habits, or have been triggered in the past.

Here are some of the things on my list that I am going to be more conscious of to clock 👊

> My phone addiction (I am going to be placing my phone in different rooms when I am working and sleeping).

> My daily health habits (very easy to fall out of practice with these so I’m tracking 9 speicific things every day of 2026 to make sure I stay on track).

> Not relying on having energy to take action (one of my inner dialogues I have to be mindful of when I get tired is; “I will just finish it tomorrow” mentality).

> Getting tighter with my boundaries (even though there are times I feel like vomiting when setting these, if I want to 4X my growth I have too).

Next Tuesday at 10am Brisbane time I am taking my clients through an intimate session on how to not self sabotage your goals in 2026.

This is not a fluffy feel good session, it has been designed to address the uncomfortable things people don’t want to face.

I am offering a handful of people the opportunity to join this call.
