Just keeping things clear so everything runs smooth for everyone 👇

✔️ Deposits required
Once we agree on a service date, a non-refundable deposit must be paid to lock your booking in.
- Because I buy parts for your job beforehand.
No deposit = not booked.

✔️ Booking confirmation
You’ll get a confirmation message the night before (around 6:30–7:00pm).
If we don’t get a reply confirming. - We won’t attend.

✔️ Payment terms
Payment is due once the job is finished unless arranged beforehand.
💰 Bank transfer or cash accepted.
🧾 Invoice provided straight away.

Bit of before/ after on a Komatsu PC1250. Full tear down and rebuilt to OEM specifications.
This is the 2nd one we have completed in the last 2 years, this one was sent to a coal mine in Central QLD and the other in Central NSW.

⚡ Power’s out but the generator’s running? A few things to keep in mind 👇

When the lights go out, a generator can be a lifesaver — but only if it’s used properly.

✔️ Ventilation is key
Never run a generator in a garage or near doors/windows. Carbon monoxide is no joke.

✔️ Fuel management
Use fresh fuel only. Old fuel causes starting and running issues. Keep spare fuel stored safely.

✔️ Load control
Don’t overload it. Run essentials first — fridges, freezers, lights, comms. Add appliances slowly.

✔️ Extension leads & cabling
Use heavy-duty leads rated for outdoor use. No damaged cords or dodgy power boards and keep them out of the rain.

✔️ Weather protection
Generators don’t like rain. Keep it dry but still well ventilated.

✔️ Oil level checks
Check oil daily if it’s running long hours — low oil = dead generator.

✔️ Fire safety
Keep it clear of leaves, grass and flammables. Let it cool before refuelling.

✔️ Noise & neighbours
Be mindful — storms already have everyone on edge.

👉 A generator is backup power, not “set and forget”.
