Your Virtual Asset was launched in March 2015 but born in early 2014. It's founder, Jemma, had over 10 years experience in various administration roles before moving into the online world and becoming a virtual assistant. She now spends her days working from home and supporting other small business owners with their online needs. Services provided range from email management, customer payments and

support, CRM maintenance, website updating, document formatting, data entry and administrative consulting. There is one primary thing that sets Your Virtual Asset apart from any other virtual assistance business and that is the fact that Jemma prides herself in building relationships with her clients and not taking on one-time project work (except in special circumstances). She treats her clients' businesses with the same respect and loyalty that she does her own and it shows in both her work and client longevity. A virtual assistant doesn't (and shouldn't) have to be a faceless person at the end of an email, instead, it should be someone that you trust and feel comfortable with. The key to productivity is finding what works for you... There is no "one size fits all". Some people work better in a busy coworking environment, others, it's a silent office at home. For me, it's being outdoors in the fresh air. I will get 10 times more done out here, then I ever will sitting in an office.

Experiment with what works for you, take on board the advice from others but remember that you're the boss of your days so you get to decide what works and what doesn't. And if that means sitting under a tree with your laptop gets your creative juices flowing... Go do it!
