From humble beginnings, Ashmore RWC & Automotive started in 2015 with just one owner-operator.

Fast forward 11 years, and we’re still here, and stronger than ever. Our database has grown to over 10,000 customers, our team has grown to five staff with Adam joining the ownership in 2023, and what started as a small operation has grown into a busy, fully equipped workshop with the latest scan tools and equipment.

While things are certainly a little busier than they were back in 2015, one thing hasn’t changed, our commitment to looking after our customers and providing honest, reliable service.

We’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come, and we plan to be here for another 11 years… and many more after that.

A huge thank you to all of our customers for your continued trust and support. We genuinely appreciate every one of you.

Brand-new part, faulty straight out of the box

Even the most reputable brands can occasionally have a faulty component. In this case, the issue was identified, a replacement was ordered, and the vehicle was back on the road the following day.

This is one of the reasons we generally don’t fit customer-supplied parts.

When we supply the parts ourselves, we know where they’ve come from and can deal directly with our suppliers if there’s a fault or warranty issue. It also means we can stand behind the complete repair.

Customer-supplied parts can sometimes be incorrect, damaged, faulty or simply not suitable for the job. If something goes wrong, it can then be difficult to establish whether the problem is with the part or the installation.

We’d rather take responsibility for the whole repair and give our customers one point of contact if there’s an issue.

Good-quality parts, correct fitment and standing behind our work, that’s important to us.

Fresh Dobinsons lift kit and Alloy wheels 😍

Kia Carnival in for service which also had a lane departure fault and an ABS warning. Good news was that the fault was identified. The bad news, it was an issue with the ABS module.
