Global By Nature and Complete Health Products Join Forces to Create a Health Food Distribution Powerhouse
February 2025 — Two of Australia’s most respected health food distributors, Global By Nature and Complete Health Products, are merging to form a premier distribution leader across the Eastern Seaboard. This strategic union brings together decades of expertise, deep industry relationships, and a shared passion for delivering the best in natural, organic, and sustainable products.
Effective June, 2025, the newly established entity will operate as Vitalus Pty Ltd, combining the strengths of both companies to provide an expanded portfolio of premium health, wellness, and sustainable brands to retailers nationwide.
The leadership team of Vitalus will be spearheaded by Ryan McLintock, former GM of Global By Nature, as CEO, with Peter Beetz (Founder, Global By Nature), Stephen Powell (CEO, Complete Health Products), and Kathryn Powell (Founder, Complete Health Products) forming the Board of Directors.
