I made my first Anton, Claus and Xavier two years ago now and looking back at the antics those three got up to on my Instagram posts, boy did the three of them get up to a hell of a lot of mischief ❤️They were quickly stolen by Maggie (ok well guilt tripped into giving them) 😬These second generation Anton, Claus and Xavier are still not destined to stay with me, but have jetted of today as a surprise for Maggie’s Aunty that loves hers so much and comments on them every time she’s sees them ❤️I love surprising people and doing things to make them smile. It makes me so happy ❤️

The by the gorgeous Joy at Crochet Road is just so beautifully written and works up like a dream 💗I was so excited when Joy released this beanie pattern as I just love the starstitch (thanks Emma at EmmeClaire Crochet for the addiction darling 😘) and trust me it did not disappoint💗 I finally was able to get out of bed for a bit and photograph it today and my photos don’t do the pattern justice. The stitches Joy chose are just divine together, and I love the beanie in this gorgeous pink, purple and plum colours. Topped off with my favourite Whimsy Rogue Pom I have a feeling my granddaughters are going to be fighting over this 💗

I am super proud of these. Life has been really really hard lately so these are a major achievement. Over 30 hours of designing, cutting and assembling over the last 8 weeks is no small feat the way I’m feeling. Made for a beautiful friend of mine going on a family holiday to US in a few days time, I was so excited to give them to her.
