you, you can possibly be. My name is Leith Angela the co-founder of 2 Beextraordinary. I was sexually abused by my father from the age of 4-13 yrs old and by my mother's boyfriend when I was 11yrs old. I struggled over the years with shame, memories, triggers, and intimacy. I went to support groups, counseling, done lots of reading, a 12 step program and went to personal development courses looking to find peace and acceptance of what happened to me. What I learned was, there was nothing I could do to change it, only my response to it. I have had moments of anger, self-doubt, feeling ugly, wanting to give up, and not feeling worthy. Even though over the years I have healed through the different processes the two things I couldn't shift were shame and my memories, until I came across Tapping/EFT and Matrix Reimprinting. The gentle non-evasive techniques have helped me to work through shame and I have been able to re-frame the memories. I finally have inner peace and acceptance. I am a certified EFT Intermediate Practitioner with EFT Universe and a certified EFT Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner with EFTMRA. My international qualifications as a Life Coach are through Sandy Fosters, accredited Inspired Spirit Coaching Academy, where I learned to apply Law of Attraction and other universal laws in my life.
