We were truly excited to welcome you to the Sunset Market at Canoe Grounds Farm on 1st November. However, After careful planning and thoughtful discussion, we’ve decided to postpone the event to a later date so we can create the best market experience you’ll ever attend.

This extra time allows us to expand and enhance the event with more curated artisan stalls, a wider and more diverse food lineup, live music performances, and activities for the whole family to enjoy!

Our journey began over 3 years ago, sparked by the heartbreaking loss of a dear friend who crafted our favorite candles. 😔 When we couldn’t find any with that powerful, lingering scent, we dove headfirst into the world of candle-making! 📹🔍 Armed with YouTube tutorials and my husband’s science wizardry, he embarked on a 6-month quest to engineer the ultimate scent throw—mission accomplished! 🧪🚀
But we didn’t stop there—innovation struck! 💡 To stand out in crowded markets overflowing with candle stalls, we dreamed up interactive kids’ candle-making sessions. It was an instant sensation! 🌈 Kids and parents rave about it being a brilliantly fun idea. Super excited to welcome to our Book a Market platform. Her dried florals a truely remarkable and a true piece of local art. She will be trading this Saturday from 8am-2pm for her first market come down and support her.

“I create dried flower bouquets and arrangements from a mixture of locally sourced and preserved flowers. My arrangements are made using vessels sourced from local second hand stores making each one completely unique. I love providing my customers with long lasting creations for their home, their lovers and their friends.

I fell in love with the market culture very quickly so as soon as it was an option for me to go full time, I did! After having my second bub last year I started doing markets each weekend and by doing so I’ve made some beautiful lifelong friends.”
