This time of year we see a lot of tropical blooms here on the Gold Coast of Australia.
I wonder who can post the flowers they see - what ever the season is where you live.
Just feels like we need some lightness and colour !

Over the last few weeks I have been asked for support and advice as it draws close to the Holiday season.
This year as well as last - this time of year can bring up a lot for people.
I’ve had my own moments lately too.
Kindness is all I ask
We never really know what’s going on for people.
My guess is there are alot of last straws happening right now and coping and getting through is the goal.
Kindness can lighten someone else’s load 💜

There’s a lot of side taking occurring right now.
It can feel like a battle and for some people and places in the world it really is.
For those of us carrying a lot - I read this and realized that all the battling can be too much.
Just by reflecting on life - can reduce some of those battles my friends.

With all that is going on in the world… today I just had to stop and take a pause to look up
Look above the complexity and seek some sunshine
There were some clouds … and palm greenery and it felt good to lift up ⬆️ 🆙 my mind -

Find some space in your week to look up too -
Maybe clouds, maybe rain, maybe stars and maybe sunlight rays.

Some days it just seems a shipwreck, nothing goes right and even if it does - you are kinda ambivalent about it.
Those days require a bigger picture view of where you are because in fact you are most likely miles from where you once were and you can appreciate those ups and down a little differently
