Hey guys and gals

Just a bit of an update from me 💖

I have been taking some time offline due to some health issues I am currently suffering from.

I have possible endometriosis as well as two ovarian cysts, one of them just discovered back in October measuring 8.5cm!!!! On the waiting list at GC University Hospital for surgery to remove both cysts and endometriosis (if they find any).

On a daily basis I suffer weight gain, severe abdominal pain swelling and bloating, pain in my back and thighs. Even though I am religiously taking my wholefood capsules (which have been my lifesavers in giving me energy 💪🏼✨) I also suffer from chronic fatigue, occasional nausea and a few other unpleasant symptoms.

Daily life is challenging enough with my health the way it is and then add in work, PTSD trauma therapy, a teenager and a toddler 😅

All of this is taking a toll on my mental health and some days are super hard to get through....surviving is all I can manage.

I’m doing my best to keep positive though ❤️ I know once surgery is done and I am fully recovered, I will be back to my normal self again!!

I’m just so so grateful it isn’t cancerous 🙏💖

I wanted to share my story in case there were any other women out there that may be thinking something isn’t quite right with their body and health to go and get checked!!! Keep fighting for an answer if you arn’t happy with the 1st results 💜

Know your body or get to know it...get it checked, even if you think it’s just a minor thing 🙏

And if anyone else wants to share their story, I’m here to listen.

Health is one of the most vital aspects of our well-being.

Good health is the cornerstone of a happy and active lifestyle. But, often, we forget to pay attention to this aspect of our body. We immerse ourselves in our schedules so much so that it becomes nearly impossible for us to consider our health a top priority.

Slowly, but surely, we are damaging our health. We try to find easy alternatives to everything. We replace healthy, home cooked meals with fast food, we replace a calming and peaceful walk with scurrying up the stairs to our office, we replace water with cups and cups of coffee to help us power through a day.
