Deb holds a Bachelor of Social Science Human Services (Child & Family) and is a full member of the Australian Community Workers Association (ACWA)

'My Life, My Choices' is an on-going weekly women's group which involves new ideas, self-reflection, discussion with other women, mindfulness practices, artwork and journaling.
'Mindfulness in 8 weeks' is offered as a group or classwork program. Mindfulness is recognised as a effective way to reduce stress, increase self-awareness, enhance emotional intelligence, and effectively handle painful thoughts and feelings. Mindfulness is about waking up, connecting with ourselves, and appreciating the fullness of each moment of life. heartmind connection offers early intervention/prevention classwork programs for secondary and primary schools.
'Stepping Into My Own Power' guides and supports teenage girls - to understand themselves, to increase their self-esteem and feelings of self-worth, to clarify their values, to build strong emotional and mental health, to create healthy, respectful and equal relationships with Self and Others.
'I'm Okay, You're Okay' is for primary school aged children. This program focuses on self-awareness, emotional literacy, managing strong emotions, understanding and accepting differences, Protective behaviours, and how to be a good friend.
