Over the past few months, Luke Griffin, Event Director of the Suburban Business Summit - Central Coast and founder of Growth Concept Development Services (GCDS), has been working with business and community leaders across the region to bring this event together.

What started as a conversation about supporting local business has grown into a full day programme featuring 30 plus speakers, 12 exhibitors and leaders from business, charity and community organisations across the Central Coast.

The Summit has been built for real small business owners and local professionals who believe strong local businesses create strong local communities.

It is also about giving back. Five dollars from every ticket sold will support local charities, while local businesses help bring the event to life through catering, exhibitions and partnerships.

Join us at the Suburban Business Summit - Central Coast on Wednesday 18 March at the Gosford Library Function Centre.

Chef Daniel is preparing something special for the upcoming Suburban Business Summit – Central Coast.

Working behind the scenes in the lead-up to the event, Chef Daniel has been actively involved in taste testing and collaborating with our venue to ensure delegates experience something truly unique.
On the day, he will present “A Taste of the Central Coast” — a celebration of the region’s incredible produce, growers, and culinary talent.

This Sunday, Chef Daniel will be visiting local food markets across the Central Coast, spreading the word about the summit and sourcing inspiration for what will become a live on-stage culinary showcase during the morning tea session.

Delegates will experience a visual and sensory display, featuring video storytelling and on-stage activation, before moving to the exhibitor floor where they can meet local businesses while enjoying tastings of the Food of the Central Coast.
Then at lunchtime, Chef Daniel will partner with Living Gourmet to deliver a “Local Feast”, bringing together the very best flavours of the region.
It’s all part of our commitment to showcasing not just business innovation, but the people, produce and passion that make the Central Coast such a vibrant place to live and work.

Preparations continue behind the scenes for the Suburban Business Summit - Central Coast as we move closer to 18 March at the Gosford Library Function Centre.

Earlier this week we spent time at the venue with the organising team reviewing the event setup, including table arrangements and key logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day. We also completed the studio induction and worked through several coordination details that will help bring the programme together.

To finish the day we visited Chef Daniel at At Baker St Café to organise the catering for the Summit.

It is great to see the event taking shape as speakers, partners and supporters come together to build something meaningful for the region. We are actively doing business on the Central Coast and it has been encouraging to see the collaboration and support from the local community as the event comes together.

We look forward to welcoming the Central Coast business community to the Suburban Business Summit - Central Coast on Wednesday 18 March.
