We're currently seeking donations for the raffles and silent auctions at the 2026 EmpowerHer Conference, and we'd love our local business community to get involved!

This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your business to more than 120 local women in business, while helping us raise much-needed funds for Fraser Coast Hospice.

And the best part?

💗 100% of the proceeds from our raffles and silent auctions go directly to Fraser Coast Hospice.

We're looking for donations of all kinds, including products, services, experiences, gift vouchers and packages. Big or small, every contribution helps us create an incredible prize pool and, most importantly, raise as much as we possibly can for the Hospice.

💗 A little bit of exciting news to share…

I’ve just found out that I’ve been nominated in the 7NEWS Queensland Community Achievement Awards for the UQ Skills Regional Community Impact Award! 🥹💗

BiziWomen Connect started with a simple idea - to create a space where women in business could genuinely connect, support one another and feel like they had a community around them. To see what it has grown into, and to now be recognised for the impact we’re making in our regional communities, means so much.

While my name might be on the nomination, BiziWomen has never been about just one person. It’s every woman who has walked through the doors at an event, joined a conversation, supported another woman, shared an opportunity, collaborated, cheered someone on or simply showed up.

And with BiziWomen now beginning its next chapter and expanding into new regional communities, this nomination feels pretty special.

Thank you to whoever put my name forward, and thank you to this incredible community for continuing to believe in what we’re building together.

One of the biggest misconceptions about balance is that everything needs to get an equal share of your time and energy.

But business, family, relationships, health, friendships and YOU aren’t all going to need the same amount from you every single day.

Some weeks your business will need more attention. Other weeks, your family will. And sometimes, you need to be the priority.

Balance is less about dividing your time perfectly and more about being intentional about where you’re putting your time, energy and attention - and recognising when those priorities need to shift.

So instead of asking, “Am I balancing everything?” try asking:

“Am I giving the right things my attention right now?” 💗
