Back by popular demand, Pairs Relay was well attended today. Our puzzles were bright puzzles, imported from France and USA, and it was a delight to see them come together on our screens. Well done everyone!

August's Choice was Pomegranate's Charlie Harper Tree of Life, a puzzle which I thoroughly enjoyed when given the chance to complete it (unboxed!) recently. Despite it looking like a tricky one, there are great colour and texture variations to guide the build.

Due to unexpected international shipping delays affecting puzzle deliveries, two of our upcoming events have been rescheduled. All registered attendees have already been contacted directly.

Following the use of Gibsons Jigsaws round puzzles at Speed Puzzle World Series, we thought we'd test our Top Stars today with a similar puzzle. Let's be frank - Gibsons rounds are HARD. Well done to everyone for changing tack, pivoting on ideas, starting without an edge, and maintaining focus and motivation. Now, I'm off to find a puzzle to see how FAST Top Stars can go....

Our first New Stars Introductory session in a while today, where the first 30-40 mins are spent going over some tactics and strategies for new puzzlers to improve their speed puzzling. Glad to say some of the strategies must have clicked, or at least gave participants ideas on areas of improvement as there were many who achieved PB times with today's puzzle. Well done everyone!

On a rainy Sunday you'll find me with a puzzle not knitting, and while it may not have been raining today, Pairs spent the afternoon with this cute image from Reverie Puzzles - an Australian brand. It was a tricky one as the colours are quite muted and darker than the image.
