As of 1 July 2021 all new building applications (DA, CC’s, CDC’s) need to be lodged and applied for via the NSW Planning Portal for all Council and Private Certifier Applications. They cannot be emailed or dropped off direct to Councils/ Certifiers any longer.

As part of our Services, we can assist with lodging the following applications to the NSW Planning Portal for you to your nominated Principal Certifier. We can assist and take the stress away.

“ALL PROGRESS TAKES PLACE OUTSIDE THE COMFORT ZONE”

I had to read that again and again! 📝 2022 is going to be a big year for us at SP Virtual Solutions we are taking on a new adventure and relocating from the beautiful Northern Rivers to Mackay QLD. We will be having Christmas in our new home in the sunny side of Queensland. This means we are leaving behind our home of 14 years, our home our babies were all raised in. But it is in safe hands. Leaving our jobs of many years, to chase a new adventure, a new life path. This also means that we will have the ability to thrive. I will still be doing NSW Planning Portal lodgements in Qld and can assist with consultancy work where I can and hopefully be able to take on some contract work on the side as well. So if you know of anyone that needs some help with their admin side of things, feel free to shoot me a message and we may be able to help you out. We are very much looking forward to creating new adventures and new memories and ultimately be able to continue with my studies and spend more time with the children. Life is what you make it and it is definitely time to spread those wings and fly. Xx

Need some guidance on lodging your applications to the NSW Planning Portal ? Want to get it all lodged before the Christmas break ? Did you know that all applications from 1 July 2021 have to be lodged online to Department of Planning now and not lodged at Councils/Private Certifiers.
