Our Tube Laser Division has been working through another diverse range of components, showcasing just how broad the capability of tube and section laser cutting can be.

This run includes:

🔹 75 PFC
🔹 150 PFC – 304 Stainless Steel
🔹 230 PFC
🔹 89mm OD CHS x 1.6mm Wall – 316 Stainless Steel

From structural sections to lightweight stainless tube, the range of materials, profiles and component designs that can be processed through our Tube Laser is almost endless.

And that's where tube laser cutting really comes into its own — complex profiles, repeatable components and precise cuts can be produced directly from the section, reducing secondary fabrication and helping streamline the manufacturing process.

Whether it's a handful of specialised components or a high-volume production run, our Tube Laser capability gives customers another option for getting their components cut accurately, efficiently and ready for the next stage of fabrication.

HIGH VOLUME. SMALL COMPONENTS. BIG OUTPUT.

Our Pressing Team has been busy on a high-volume laser cut component run for D&M Composites, producing 468 components in 316 stainless steel.

The job included:

🔹 250 x Part 1
🔹 204 x Part 2
🔹 14 x Miscellaneous
🔹 468 components in total

High-volume production requires more than just getting the parts through the press — it takes consistency, accuracy and a strong focus on quality from start to finish.

Great work from the team getting stuck into this one and keeping production moving. 💪

It's another good example of the capability and experience we have across our Pressing Team, particularly when it comes to delivering repeatable results across larger production runs.

Hole cut-outs and straight cuts completed for All Industries Group, providing ready-to-fabricate components with minimal downstream processing.

Our new HSG Tube Laser is up and running!

Recently commissioned and already punching out the work, this machine is seriously impressive to watch.

Here it is cutting 150 × 50 × 5mm RHS at high speed — and it barely looks like it’s working!

Another big step forward for our tube laser capability at All Metal Tube Laser.

More speed. More capacity. More capability.

We’re getting closer to putting our new high-speed tube laser into production.
This is a significant step forward in the capability of the AMS Tube Laser Division, giving our customers greater capacity, speed and flexibility for tube and profile processing.
With capability including:
🔹 140 r/min chuck rotation for high-speed processing
🔹 Automatic bundle loading for improved efficiency
🔹 Bevel cutting head for more complex applications
🔹 9m loading | 4.5m unloading capability
🔹 Processing of pipe up to 273mm diameter
🔹 Square & rectangular tube up to 200mm
🔹 Processing down to just 12mm
This machine opens up new opportunities across structural steel, engineering, manufacturing, mining, agriculture, transport, fabrication and construction — from high-volume production runs through to complex, precision-cut components.
The result? More capacity. Faster processing. Greater capability. Less manual handling.
We’re excited to bring this next generation of tube processing to our customers.

Team Appreciation

A great afternoon celebrating our All Metal Laser Team! 👏

July was a fantastic month for the team — almost a record month — and a great result that reflects the hard work, commitment and teamwork across the Laser division.

It was also a chance to recognise two of our team members Francis Sabatino and Chris Brodie (2 of our Highly Talented Laser Operators) reaching their 5-year milestones. Congratulations and thank you for your continued contribution to All Metal Solutions. 👏👏

Sadly, we also said goodbye to one of our valued team members Sales Supervisor Peter Ray, who is moving on to his next chapter. We’re grateful for everything you’ve contributed to the team and wish you all the very best for the future.

A great team, a great result and plenty to be proud of. Thank you to the whole Laser team — July was a team effort! 💪
