well it might be good friday but all all our vehicles have been out delivering through the night, just waiting on the sarina run and west run to get back. start all over again tonight.

Drivers were all out and about delivering during the night getting items to where they needed to go the exception was our whitsunday run, all deliveries up to bloomsbury were completed but had to turn back due to flooded road. we will try again tomorrow.

Just a quick thank you for every ones patience this morning with regards to deliveries all outlets and deliveries were completed although some were a bit late due to issues beyond our control. My staff were out and about early this morning in the wind and rain making sure things got to where they needed to go. we are very fortunaye to have such a great crew that work with us.

Due to highway being closed north papers will be printed in Yandina and sent up to Mackay this will make paper delivery very late all Bushmans bread deliveries and freight deliveries will run as normal subject to flood waters. I ask everyone to be patient with our drivers as they will do the best the can under difficult situations.

So today is a milestone for us as we celebrate 14 years in business. we have been blessed with the support that we have received across the region. Each time we have started into a new area locals have rallied to support us and the support we receive is never forgotten and is always truly appreciated. From Carmilla in the south to Bowen in the north and west to Moranbah and the pioneer valley we try to provide a personal, friendly service at a reasonable cost and I can only assume by the clients we have and continue to gain we are doing something right. As other people who run a small business will understand it is not always easy and there are times when you wonder why we are doing what we do but then you receive a nice comment or a simple thank you and you realise the appreciation that our customers have for us. So on behalf of us and our staff we thank you for your continued support that not only supports us but also our suppliers.
REMEMBER SMALL BUSINESSES ROCK.

Well this is the start of a new year so I went for an hour and a half walk this morning and I feel great so I am thinking I will make it a regular thing. So I have set a reminder for January 1st 2027.

while heading towards the end of 2025 I look back at the past year. we did not get off to the best start with one of my vehicles being involved in an accident on the 31st december 2024 nearly 9 months of the road before we got it back but driver was ok so that was the main thing. during the year we have 3 new drivers that started with us and we also purchased 4 new vehicles. we also kicked off our Proserpine , Airlie beach run 6 days a week which has been well received Bowen is continuing twice a week as for all our other runs they are all doing very well. We have been very fortunate to have also picked up a number of new clients in several areas so this tells me we must be doing something right. I know I say this a lot but small business is such an important part of a community and we have also been able to support other small businesses along the way. However none of what I mentioned above would be possible without the continued support from a lot of people that put their trust in us to deliver and collect their items, so I would just like to say a big thankyou to everyone that has supported us be it a daily or a one off delivery we really appreciated your custom. From My wife and I as well as my staff we wish everyone a safe and happy new year and look forward to continuing our service through 2026.

Another day finished one extra trip up to Shute harbour and an extra trip out to Hail creek, paperwork all done now to relax ready to get started again tomorrow heading up to Proserpine, Airlie beach and Shute harbour and then on to Bowen.
