BB Print is looking for a hardworking, experienced or qualified Print Finisher / Bookbinder to join our Bindery Department in Mackay, QLD.
Key responsibilities include:
• Operating bindery equipment, including collators, stitchers, folders, wire binders and guillotines.
• Setting up machines efficiently to align with job specifications.
• Conducting quality checks to confirm product alignment, trimming accuracy and binding integrity.
• Collating, binding, stitching, trimming and packaging finished materials to ensure a neat presentation for dispatch.
• Loading and unloading stock and finished goods safely and efficiently.
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
• Have prior experience or a qualification in print finishing.
• Be available Monday to Friday during business hours.
• Have sound numeracy skills.
• Be honest, reliable and willing to learn.
• Have strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Enjoy working as part of a close-knit team that collaborates to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
• Have strong communication skills and be ready to support your teammates when needed.
