There are times in life, when you need to Pivot...

4 weeks ago, I decided I needed to make a change ✅

2025 has been tough as a "Solo" small business owner.

Projects cancelled, job requisitions put on hold, monthly paid invoices vs monthly costs heading in the wrong direction.

I was in a rut, getting stuck in my own head, every week withdrawing further into myself, sitting in front of computer screens all day and lost my creativity!

Best decision I made was to rock up in person to a transport company and pitch my service as a MR Driver Contractor.

➡️ Delivery and Pick Up's

➡️ From Hay Point to Cape Hillsborough and Mackay City

➡️ Push and Pulling up to 150kg cages on wheels

➡️ 5 runs a day with an average of 6 clients each run

➡️ 10-hour days | No LinkedIn | No phone calls | No Emails

➡️ Playing Tetris in the back of the truck sorting delivery with pick ups

Training a new driver tomorrow, if he works out, I will reduce my days to 3 weekdays and half day Saturday. Available to provide recruitment services in a couple of weeks!
