Adam Finch has worked in the construction and coal industries in both supervisory and hands-on roles since 2001. His experience on some of Australia’s largest construction projects has given him valuable insight into quality workmanship, safety, and attention to detail. As a certified International Welding Inspector and experienced boilermaker, Adam oversees all projects at Archimedes Inc. He leads the workshop and serves as the principal designer, crafting unique solutions and custom parts tailored to the needs of the industry.
