Richglen was proud to sponsor the Marble Run challenge at this year's STEM event at Holy Spirit College Mackay.

With more than 85 students from 13 local primary schools participating, the challenge encouraged students to combine structural integrity, creativity and functionality to design innovative marble run solutions. Building a permanent maintenance operation is one thing. Building one in six weeks is another.

Faced with a tight mobilisation window over Christmas, Richglen recruited, onboarded and deployed a dedicated dragline maintenance crew, while simultaneously establishing the systems, infrastructure and support needed for long-term success.

From workforce planning and recruitment through to tooling, facilities and leadership, an entire maintenance operation was built and operational within the compressed timeframe.

More than 43,000 maintenance hours later, the contract stands as a testament to our ability to mobilise quickly, integrate seamlessly and deliver lasting value.
