Getting poor results from AI? It might be the question you're asking.

Many people try AI once, get a generic answer and never use it again.

In this clip, Carly Woods AI shares a simple framework called RACE:

GROWN IN NQ 2026 | What can you learn from seeing your farm from above? 🚁

Geospatial technology is giving producers new ways to understand what is happening across their land, crops and operations. At Grown In NQ 2026, the ZeroIn AgTech Demonstrations will bring this technology into the field, with NQ Aerovation showcasing Ag Drones and Geospatial technology in action.

Geospatial is one of the key priority AgTech areas identified for the Greater Whitsunday region and an important part of how technology can support more informed, efficient agricultural operations. It’s an opportunity to move beyond talking about AgTech and see what it can actually look like in practice.

What does a chef have in common with a shutdown coordinator?

More than you might think.

One of the most interesting insights from our discussion with Carly Woods AI is how AI can help employers identify transferable skills that traditional recruitment methods often miss.

A chef manages deadlines, coordinates teams, works under pressure and delivers outcomes in a highly time-critical environment. Those capabilities may be highly relevant in industries far removed from hospitality.

The lesson? Sometimes the best candidate doesn't have the exact job title you're searching for.

Learn how AI can help businesses uncover hidden talent.

Could AI replace recruiters? Not quite.

One of the biggest misconceptions about AI in recruitment is that it's designed to replace people.

In reality, AI's greatest value may be helping businesses identify candidates they might otherwise overlook. It can help uncover transferable skills, highlight capability and broaden talent pools, while human judgement remains at the centre of every hiring decision.

As AI specialist Carly Woods AI explains, AI can assist with shortlisting, but people still make the final call.

ZeroIN | Developed by a local agronomist, for growers

When it comes to adopting new technology, growers want practical solutions that make sense on-farm.

That's exactly what local agronomist Zoe Eagger will be sharing at ZeroIn.

Rather than talking about AI in theory, Zoe will guide participants through a practical setup process that demonstrates how ChatGPT can assist with working with information contained in chemical labels and support spray record-keeping workflows.

Whether you're AI-curious or a complete beginner, this workshop is designed to get you started.

Using a real chemical label, local agronomist Zoe Eagger will guide participants through a practical process that demonstrates how ChatGPT can assist with extracting and organising information relevant to spray record keeping.

Bring your laptop. Bring your smartphone. We'll do the rest.
