FUTURE FINDER LIVE | Helping young people see what’s possible ✨

Choosing what comes next after school can feel like a big decision, for young people and their parents.

That’s why Future Finder Live brought families together to hear real career stories, learn more about opportunities across the Greater Whitsunday region and discover that there isn’t one “right” way to build a career.

One of the key messages from the evening was simple: there are no wrong doors. Interests change, careers evolve and sometimes the first step simply helps uncover the next one.

For parents, having these conversations and exploring different pathways together can make a real difference in helping young people feel more confident about their future.

ESG MASTERCLASS | Putting ESG into Practice 🌱

That’s a wrap on our third and final ESG Masterclass in Mackay!

Today’s session was led by Charlotte Connell, Ecosystem Architect for Climate Innovation and Investment, helping local businesses take what they have learned throughout the series and turn it into practical next steps.

From understanding emissions and sustainability reporting to exploring circular economy, decarbonisation and future business resilience, the program has been designed to make ESG more practical, relevant and achievable for businesses across our region.
