A full-circle moment ❤️

A few years ago, I attended my first smoking ceremony with my daughter. While everyone gathered in the circle, she wandered off to play further up the beach.

Standing back and watching from a distance, I remember feeling deeply inspired by the connection, culture, storytelling, and sense of community being created.

That moment stayed with me.

It became one of the biggest inspirations behind what I wanted to create through my for purpose driven entrepreneurs to grow together. A place where people feel connected, supported, and part of something bigger than themselves.

Fast forward to today, and I have recently had the privilege of working alongside Tim Selwyn, founder of Girrigirra. Supporting him and his business.

Sometimes you become so close to what you do that you can’t see what’s possible anymore!

I was chatting with one of my inspiring members Bree founder of .bookkeeping recently. Reflecting on her 17 year business journey. What stood out to me was not just the growth she’s experienced, but the shift in how she sees herself and what’s possible for her business 🙏

So many business owners spend years working hard, doing all the things, serving clients, and keeping everything moving. Yet deep down they know they’re capable of more. They know there’s another level available to them, but they can’t quite see the path forward.

Sometimes what we need isn’t more information.

Sometimes we need clarity on looking at you and your business holistically and the bigger picture.

We need humans to help us see our blind spots, challenge our thinking, and remind us of the strengths we’ve been overlooking. We need to reconnect with our voice, our vision, and the impact we’re here to create. ✨

I loved this chat with inspiring Katie Founder of 🙏

One of the things that stood out to me most was hearing her talk about the journey from corporate life into building a business that’s deeply aligned with who she is and the impact she wants to make 💥

So many women spend years pushing through, putting everyone else first, and ignoring the little whispers that tell them something needs to change.

Our conversation naturally moved towards intuition and trust. The longer I’ve been in business, the more I’ve realised that growth comes from trusting yourself, making decisions, and taking action even when you don’t have all the answers…

I was laughing during the Live because when Katie first came to a REACH event, she wasn’t looking for a mentor. She felt aligned, trusted that feeling, and took action. Since then, it’s been beautiful watching her build confidence, refine her message, and create a business that genuinely reflects her values and lived experience. ✨

That’s what I love most about REACH. It’s not just about growing a business. It’s about being surrounded by people who support your vision, challenge your thinking, and remind you of what’s possible when you back yourself.

I’ve been reflecting on something…

For years, I was focused on goals. The plans. The timelines. The next milestone. Always looking ahead at where I wanted to be.

And while there is value in having a vision, what has created the biggest shift for me over the past few years is letting go of the pressure attached to it.

Instead of obsessing over the outcome, I have fallen in love with the creative process…

Showing up consistently. Sharing what feels true. Creating from a place of purpose. Trusting the mission. Trusting the timing ✨✨

Ironically, that is when the growth accelerated in my private mentoring & my .

Not because I was chasing it, but because I was aligned with it. ✨

The entrepreneurs I see thriving are not the ones forcing every step. They are the ones connected to their why, committed to their people and willing to keep creating even when the end result is not guaranteed. They let fear excite them not derail them.

There is something incredibly powerful about releasing the timeline and focusing on becoming.

Enjoy the process.
Trust yourself.
Stay creative.
Keep showing up. 🔥

Because often the breakthrough is not found in pushing harder.

I love supporting the inspiring Jen . Best part is watching her stop holding herself back 💃💃

Not because she lacks experience, wisdom or expertise. In fact, she has an incredible story, powerful tools, and such a genuine desire to help people from a very young age. This is her calling - we both know that deeply 🧡

What she was struggling with wasn’t her ability.

It was her visibility✨✨✨

Like so many women I work with, she had all these ideas, all this intuition, and a very clear sense of purpose. But she was also carrying old stories about being seen, speaking up, and putting herself out there.

During our conversation, she shared that she originally thought she could do it all on her own until she realised she needed support. Not because she wasn’t capable, but because sometimes we need someone to help us organise the ideas, cut through the noise, and bring our vision to life.

That’s exactly what we worked on together.

Not changing who Jen was or teaching her to become someone else online. We simply took everything that already made her special and helped her communicate it more clearly through her brand, her messaging and her content.

Today she’s showing up in a way she never thought she would. Running impactful community events supporting women in Geelong VIC . Her events are selling out within days of launching. She’s drawing in aligned clients. Attracting women who genuinely resonate with her message, stories & wisdom 🔥

Not because she’s perfected social media.

Because she’s learnt how to trust herself. Have fun with the creative process and share more of who she already is!

One of the reasons I’m so passionate about helping women build their personal brands is because I’ve seen firsthand how much power exists within the stories we often bury. It happened within my own personal brand and hundreds I’ve helped.

The juicy, vulnerable, real, perspectives and stories always land the most 🙏

So many women assume that what they’ve been through isn’t relevant. They think people only want the polished version, the success story, the highlight reel. The technical perspective…

But in my experience, it’s often the opposite.

The moments that shaped you. The challenges you’ve navigated. The lessons you’ve learnt the hard way. The times you’ve had to pick yourself back up and keep going. These are often the very things that create connection.

People don’t just connect with what you do.

They connect with who you truly are 🔥

They connect with the journey you’ve walked and the wisdom you’ve gained along the way. They see parts of themselves in your story and suddenly feel less alone, more understood, and more hopeful about what’s possible for them.

✨ That’s the power of sharing your voice.

Not to make it all about you, but to help someone else see what’s possible for themselves.

I’ve watched women transform their confidence, attract aligned clients, build impactful communities and create incredible opportunities simply by being willing to share more of their true experiences and perspective.

Your story matters.

Your experiences matter.
