Jumping in a room with more than 10,000 people at the Global Entrepreneurship Summit was something I’ll never forget 🙏

The energy was electric. Thousands of people coming together with a shared desire to learn, grow and become better leaders in their businesses and their lives. ✨

Looking around the room, I kept thinking about the power of proximity. The people you surround yourself with, the conversations you’re part of and the rooms you choose to step into can completely shift what’s possible for you🔥

I love putting myself in environments like this. Places that challenge my thinking, expand my vision and remind me that there’s always another level of growth available.

It’s also why I’m so passionate about community. Whether it’s 10,000 or 10 coming together there’s something incredibly powerful about humans sharing their wisdom, supporting one another and growing together.

Sometimes we don’t need another strategy. We simply need to get ourselves into a room that reminds us to think bigger. Proximity is power!

And as Steven Bartlett beautifully shared today ‘it’s time to triple down on what’s irreplaceably human’ 💥

For me that’s growing and supporting more to grow their own communities 🙌

When I look back over the past two decades in business, every significant breakthrough has one thing in common…

It wasn’t a new strategy, a better marketing funnel or another course. It was the people I chose to surround myself with.

Every level-up happened because I got into rooms with people who had already walked the path. I have always had a human mentor.

They challenged my thinking, shared their wisdom, told me the truth when I needed to hear it and helped me see possibilities I couldn’t yet see for myself. They helped me make moves not just learn more - do more towards the life and biz I wanted to create.

That’s exactly why I invest in mentors. It’s also why people invest in me. We don’t just need more information, we need proximity to people who can help us make better decisions and move forward with confidence. ✨

After creating & hosting more than 130 REACH Biz Community events, I’ve seen this happen time and time again. Entrepreneurs walk into a room feeling overwhelmed or stuck, and they leave with clarity, new relationships and a renewed belief in what’s possible. Ready to take aligned action 💥

Byron Bay that was magic 👌✨

5 days away of qt celebrating my soul mate/ best friend/ husband/ lifer / all round epic human’s 50th! 🥳

We def got amongst it!

Surfed nearly every day with dolphins,whales and a shark one day 👌

Went on hikes, caught sunrises & sunsets, went shopping and eat THE most delicious foods.

As mum and dad and biz owners. Life can get hectic and for us to reconnect and have fun like this was pure soul tonic. When we get married in the UK and emigrated. This was the life we were chasing. This trip we could reflect and smell the roses 🙏

What stood out for us about Byron this time was the creativity. The people and the venues leaning into their own self expression it was really inspiring and refreshing.

Looking fwd to sharing stories with our children now. Who@also went on their own adventure to Bondi Beach for their first time with our dear friend Jo.
