It was a privilege to host Jonathan from Youth With A Mission on site for a tour of Hansen Construction, offering him a look behind the scenes of our high-rise building projects.
Jonathan is passionate about bringing traditional Fijian dance and culture through his network to inspire the next generation through the arts, and he is eager to pursue new opportunities to share that message.
On the right is one of our site champions, Paul.
Paul candidly acknowledges that his life was once defined by difficult choices, leading to two decades of being in and out of the prison system. Over two years ago, he reached a turning point of absolute resolve. By consistently making healthy choices day after day, Paul broke free from old cycles to build a completely new trajectory. Today, he is a supportive, reliable presence on site—gentle, thoughtful, and intentional in encouraging those around him to appreciate every single day.
Connecting visitors like Jonathan with team members like Paul highlights the depth, resilience, and community that make up our workforce.
Thank you, Jonathan and Paul, for allowing us to share part of your stories.
