My first vision board… ever.

Only took me 40 years 😅 but here we are — my first-ever vision board and honestly, I kinda love her ❤️

This one’s not just about business goals. It’s about backing myself. Showing up. Pushing past fear (even when it’s screaming), chasing growth and consistency, building something beyond just services, and surrounding myself with good humans — in business, in rugby, in life.

It’s got collaboration, community, family, travel, coaching, house renos, bold moves, and a whole lot of heart❤️

2026 isn’t about playing big or small.
It’s about playing in alignment — with who I am, where I’m at, and the kind of life, business, and impact I want to create.

2025.
The year that knocked me around more than I’ve ever shared. But today, I carved out a bit of time for me (with a big nudge from Sam) — I had some much-needed hair TLC, and walked out feeling like I’m ready to face 2026 with a fresh look and a whole new perspective ❤️

Even better, I got to chat with a fellow small business owner who just opened her first salon! We talked all things launch highs, behind-the-scenes struggles, marketing, growth, and all that comes with putting yourself out there & out of your comfort zone.

I’m so excited to follow along and watch grow and thrive in this next chapter ✨ And as for me — 2026 is about aiming higher, backing myself, and facing fear head-on….Let’s go 💪

Every winter weekend starts the same way for us… Boots on, ball in hand, clipboard ready, and a bunch of eager U9s ready to give it their all. 🏉

Week after week, my partner (aka Coach Sam) and I show up as the coach and manager for our Under 9s rugby team — rain, shine, and everything in between.

It’s where resilience is built.
It’s where teamwork becomes second nature.
It’s where you’re reminded that leadership isn’t always loud —(ok… maybe I’m a little loud when I’m cheering 😅) —but it is consistent.

Over the last couple of years, my heart has found its home in grassroots rugby 🏉❤

At the 2024 SportWest Awards, Ellenbrook Vipers Rugby Union Club was named Community Club of the Year — a proud moment and a reminder of what can happen when passionate people bring their skills together.

I didn’t grow up playing rugby — I found it through my partner and son, who both thrive in this sport because rugby truly is for everyone, no matter your background, shape, size, or gender. And the more I got involved, the more I saw the overlap between the work I do and how strong clubs grow.

I truly believe that great sports clubs — like great businesses — are built on the same foundations: structure, identity, purpose, and people. Throughout my career, I’ve often stepped into roles or projects without having every qualification first — but I show up with a willingness to learn and a drive to lead with heart. That’s what I bring to business, to my clients, and that’s what I bring to the rugby community too.

Hi I'm Janine, the CEO of JB Total Business Solutions. Something you might know or not know about me is that I've never fit into a neat little box and I've certainly never been one to stay in the one lane🚫

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝘅... 𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗲, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿!

During our family getaway in Denmark, we stayed in a remarkable Container House tucked away in the bush. This unique home reminded me that transformations can manifest in various ways, and the finished result can be absolutely amazing 👌

Just like this unique accommodation, my business is currently in the process of metamorphosis.
