The right suburb was paramount for this medical family, who needed to be close to our major hospitals, with one spouse holding a specialist role.

They also wanted to be in a family-friendly area, to give their little girl a safe environment to settle. After viewing both apartments and houses, they preferred houses, and this property in the leafy, affluent suburb of Claremont was perfect!

With plenty of rooms for family visits, a spacious kitchen, a lovely outdoor alfresco, and nearby cafes, this client also booked in for our Home Set Up service. Furniture ordered, deliveries coordinated, flatpacker booked to assemble everything, beds made and fresh groceries in the fridge - all they had to do was hop in their waiting airport chauffeur transport and head to their new home!

That is the way to relocate 🙌

This was a unicorn find. And couldn't have happened for a nicer client!

Nestled behind an unassuming cute front gate, was this stunningly restored character home, with a full modern renovation to the rear. It perfectly suited our UK corporate client - a family of 3, wanting a spacious and luxe end home for their new chapter in .

Situated on a quiet, residential street, just a short stroll down to the water and South Perth foreshore, and surrounded by fabulous cafes and amenities - this property had it all.

It is rare to find a rental in Perth, that includes quality furnishings - so this property definitely felt like a unicorn!

Karrinyup is a leafy, well established, safe, family friendly neighbourhood. It was the perfect location for our medical family, who were based at a clinic north of the river, with their children enrolled at the International School in Doubleview.

The home itself was stunning - open plan, light and bright, theatre room, study, kids rumpus room, PLUS 3 bedrooms! Set in a quiet residential street, close to the Westfield Mall and easy access to the freeway - it ticked all the boxes and more 🙌

Approved! South Perth 🌟

There is no hiding it - we simply LOVE the Civic Heart complex in South Perth!

Firstly - let's talk about the views. Either looking towards the city, or looking towards Applecross + Freo - there simply isn't a bad view in these apartments!

Next - the amenities. Huge pool, outdoor BBQ's, Library, Theatre Room, Gym, Common Lounge with pool tables, Concierge, Visitor parking - the amenities are truly at the luxe end of the scale!

So, needless to say, our UK couple were thrilled to be the approved applicant on this 2 x 2 apartment. With one a Professor moving out for a senior role with ECU, and the other a senior medical specialist, they wanted a lock and leave lifestyle to support their professional working lives, and travels.
