This National Reconciliation Week, our team attended the Reconciliation WA Breakfast in Boorloo, joining thousands of people across the state to mark the start of the week and this year's theme, All In.

Across our Pilgangoora Operation on Nyamal and Kariyarra Country, teams are also taking part in activities that encourage reflection, conversation and cultural learning 🖤💛❤️

For PLS, reconciliation is more than a single week. It's part of how we operate, how we build relationships, respect culture, heritage and Country, and work together with communities connected to our operations.

We are proud to have completed 38 of 39 actions in our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), with planning underway for our next phase – our Innovate RAP.

Reconciliation is ongoing, and our focus remains on listening, learning and taking meaningful action.

Over the weekend, 40 of our Great People took part in the HBF Run for a Reason, raising an impressive $6,370 for Cancer Council WA, with every dollar matched by PLS to bring the total contribution to $12,740.

These funds help provide vital support so no West Australian has to face cancer alone.

Incredible effort for an even better cause 💚

This National Volunteer Week, we’re celebrating our people giving back through the PLS Corporate Volunteering Program 💙

During National Volunteer Week, our Environment team volunteered at WA Wildlife, helping with practical outdoor tasks to support the organisation’s care for native animals.

Since launching the program in 2025, our people have contributed more than 256 volunteering hours focused on food relief, conservation, blood donations and community wellbeing.

Thank you to everyone who continues to make a practical difference in the communities where we live and work.

Healthy, happy and thriving on site 💚

Our Live Well On Site Health Festival recently rolled through camp, bringing our Great People together to focus on health and wellbeing on site.

From health checks and flu vaccinations to wellbeing activities and practical tips, it was great to see so many people getting involved and prioritising their health 🙌

Thanks to everyone who helped make the festival such a success!

PLS was proud to support the Lifeline WA Gala Dinner on Saturday evening, continuing our support of the organisation and the critical services it provides across Western Australia 💙

As part of the evening, PLS sponsored a table for recent Living our Values award winners to attend. Our Living our Values program recognises team members who demonstrate PLS’ values through leadership, teamwork, safety and positive contributions to our culture and communities 🤝

This year marks 40 years of Lifeline WA providing frontline crisis support to the community – support that continues to be needed more than ever. More than 170,000 conversations are expected this financial year as cost-of-living pressures and global uncertainty add to existing challenges being experienced across the community.

At PLS, we understand the unique pressures that can come with FIFO work and the importance of supporting the overall wellbeing of our people and the community. Supporting organisations like Lifeline WA is an important part of that commitment.

Big step forward for our site medics 🚑

In a remote environment, every second counts and that’s why we’ve introduced the ZOLL Medical AutoPulse, an automated CPR device that helps deliver consistent, high-quality chest compressions when it matters most.

It’s also the first of this model in Australia and New Zealand, bringing leading technology to our operations.

This technology gives our medics more confidence in critical moments and more time to focus on patient care, from treatment to communication with the hospital.

It’s all part of how we keep improving safety and support for our people on site.

Meet Barbs Manihera, one of our Process Technicians 👋

She started at the end of last year and is already making her mark. Barbs is diving into everything with curiosity and a drive to learn.

She’s quick to point out that crushing and sorting isn’t just about “breaking big rocks into little rocks” – the engineering behind it is impressive, with advanced technology working together to get the job done right.

When she’s on R&R, you’ll find her skating, painting or spending time with her two grandkids 💛

Great to have you on the team, Barbs!

Learning, growing and stepping up 💪

At PLS, we back our Great People with opportunities to build their skills and grow their careers. Our Certificate III in Process Plant Operations (Lithium) program does exactly that, helping our operators gain hands-on experience, nationally recognised qualifications and confidence on site.

A big shoutout to Mudannayake, our first team member to complete the program 👏 His commitment sets the standard and shows what’s possible when we invest in our people.

When our people grow, we all move forward.

We’ve reached a big milestone at Pilgangoora ⚡

The Mid-Stream Demonstration Plant is now fully owned by PLS, supported by $38.1 million in Australian Renewable Energy Agency (ARENA) funding and an offtake agreement in place with leading global cathode manufacturer Ronbay 🤝🔋

Commissioning has kicked off, with first production expected in the September quarter.

We’re exploring more efficient, lower-carbon processing right here in WA by testing electric flash calcination technology to produce a lithium-enriched mid-stream product.
