More Port Hedland students will be able to take part in the Follow the Dream program through our new partnership with the Polly Farmer Foundation🤝

We’re investing $180,000 over three years to expand the program, creating more places for local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students.

Follow the Dream provides academic support, mentoring and STEM learning opportunities, grounded in culture and community.

It was great to join students, families and the Polly Farmer Foundation team yesterday to launch the partnership.

Our 2026 Annual Sustainability Reporting suite is now available, showcasing the progress we've made across the sustainability priorities that matter most to our people, communities and business.

In FY26, we invested $2.5M in initiatives that support the Western Australian communities where we live and work, including Port Hedland, Yandeyarra, Warralong and Strelley, with a focus on education, community resilience and the energy transition 🤝⚡

We also increased our spend with First Nations businesses by 24% to $38M, creating opportunities and shared value with Traditional Owners and local communities 🖤💛❤️

Big congratulations to the recipients of our 2026 Community Grants Program! 🎉

This year, more than $114,000 has been awarded to 12 community-led projects that are making a difference across the Pilbara.

This week, we caught up with several grant recipients, including Pilbara Community Services Ltd, Pilbara Music Festival and Youth Involvement Council Inc., to hear more about their projects and the impact they'll have across the region.

A great evening celebrating the opening of Marine Rescue Port Hedland's new emergency response base ⚓

We're proud to support this important community facility with funding for a solar and lithium battery energy storage system, as well as contributing towards construction of the facility.

The project will help reduce energy costs, improve energy resilience and allow more resources to be directed towards rescue operations, equipment and volunteer support ☀️🔋

Rebecca spoke up after seeing a potential hazard with a ladder in the path of heavy mobile equipment. By acting fast, she helped keep our people and operations safe; that's Safety First in action.

🏆 Pilgangoora Values Award – Melanie
Mel goes above and beyond to make every new truck driver feel welcome, supported and set up for success. Her patient, thoughtful approach creates confident drivers, stronger teams and a workplace where everyone belongs.

🏆 Perth Values Award – Jessica
Jess' calm, collaborative approach was instrumental in delivering our first Atticus verification process. She tackled every challenge with positivity and professionalism, making a complex project feel seamless for everyone involved.

🏆 Cost Smart Award – Charles
Charles' proactive mindset and commercial thinking identified opportunities to improve the way we manage our treasury processes. His commitment to continuous improvement has delivered meaningful value for PLS and is a great example of Cost Smart thinking in action.
