6am, Captain's Flat. A hydraulic hose on one of our augers started weeping oil overnight. Customer rang, we had a bloke on site before the crew clocked on at 7:30. Hose sorted, job started on time, no downtime.

Downer's night shift didn't stop for a breakdown. They rang us at ten o'clock needing a machine, fast. We had it sorted before the shift lost momentum. That's the difference between a supplier and a call you can actually make at 10pm.
