We are very proud and honoured to have won the award for Environmental Excellence at the Launceston Chamber of Commerce last night. A special thanks to everyone involved, as well as the major sponsors, CareSuper and all the other sponsors. An extra thank you also to Felix Ellis MP. We had a lovely night and are very thankful!

🌿 Fernmania Tree Ferns at the Chelsea Australian Garden at Olinda 🌿

Fernmania was proud to supply Dicksonia antarctica for the Chelsea Australian Garden at Olinda within Victoria’s Dandenong Ranges Botanic Garden.

The original Australian Garden made history in 2013 as the first Australian entry to win Gold and Best in Show at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show in London. Today, the Olinda garden continues that legacy on a much larger scale, showcasing Australian landscape design and the beauty of Tasmanian tree ferns.

There’s been a lot said publicly about Tasmanian tree ferns lately - but not always with the full picture.

Fernmania does not decide where clearing happens or approve forestry operations. Our role is to rescue and relocate Dicksonia antarctica tree ferns that would otherwise be destroyed during approved works, while growing and cultivating stock sustainably on site.
