Summer has arrived, customers, and this green, Chinese water spinach or also known as Kang Kong is a must-have for many reasons. Firstly, it’s incredibly delicious and versatile - you can steam, stir-fry, sauté, or add it to salads, although I prefer it cooked. Secondly it's in season, which means our bodies can benefit from it more. Thirdly buying directly from farmers helps take business away from corporate companies and supports local farmers instead. So, add this to your shopping list and come visit us at the farmers market this week. Be the change!
