This Floreat home is a perfect example.

Leah and Marco loved the charm of their period home, but like a lot of families, they’d simply outgrown it. Moving wasn’t the goal. Making it work was.
So instead of layering something modern on top, we took a more considered approach.

Every detail of the second storey was designed to respect what was already there.
Gables, render, tuck pointing, ornate finials, timber windows — all carefully matched so the extension feels like it’s always been part of the home 🏛️
From the street, it still reads as one cohesive, character-filled home.
Inside, it now works beautifully for family life.

A stylish kitchen that actually keeps up with family life? Oh yes please! 🍽️✨

Designing a kitchen isn’t just about tiles or tapware — it’s about creating a space that works beautifully, every single day 🔥

That’s exactly what we helped this young Kingsley family achieve.

With two little boys and a newborn, space was tight and functionality mattered. So we extended the ground floor and created an open-plan living space centred around a kitchen that’s both practical and polished 🏡
