Great day out at the AHRI NT Conference in Darwin!

Running a business (or a team) in the Territory comes with challenges you just don't get elsewhere, distance, isolation, people moving in and out.

The day was all about how HR and business leaders here are tackling that head-on.

Also had a laugh doing a quiz that revealed Doug and I are basically leadership twins after 30 years of working together 😂
