Tracks Care has been named a finalist for the Inclusive Communities Award in the 2026 Northern Territory Disability Inclusion Awards.

The award recognises work that improves community participation and inclusion for Territorians with disability. Our nomination points to the Walking Together Program, which supports Aboriginal men with disability to connect with each other, build a sense of belonging, and engage with their NDIS supports, culture and community.

To the men who walk with us, and to the team who turn up week in, week out, this one belongs to you.

Winners are announced at Parliament House on Friday 25 September.

We've got some good news.

TRACKS Care has been nominated for two 2026 NTIBN Blak Business Awards:

• Blak Impact Creator of the Year
• Blak Growth Business of the Year

And our Managing Director Nicole Thompson has been nominated for Blak Female Business Owner of the Year.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate the launch of our new Tracks Care & Tracks Integrated Services office space! 🖤💛❤️

It was wonderful to have so many of our staff, participants, families, community members and supporters come together to mark this exciting new chapter.

Our new space represents more than just a new office — it’s a place for connection, collaboration and continuing to support our community.

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported us along the way, and we’re excited for what’s ahead!

Meet Dan, our Psychosocial Recovery Coach at Tracks Care! 🌿

Dan has been part of the TRACKS Care team for almost a year, bringing his experience, dedication and genuine care to the people we support.

In his role, Dan works alongside participants to build confidence, develop practical strategies, strengthen independence and work towards the goals that are important to them. His approach is centred around building trust, creating meaningful connections and supporting each person at their own pace.

Over the past year, Dan has become a valued part of our team, and we’re proud to have him supporting our participants and making a difference in the community. 💙
