Role Overview:

We are looking for a versatile and visionary Creative Designer to join our creative team. This is a multidisciplinary role designed for a 2D design expert who possesses a strong technical understanding of 3D visualization.
Your primary focus will be the conceptualization and graphic ex*****on of large-scale events, and BTL activations. Additionally, you will be providing 3D visualization support to the team for stalls and stages when needed; to ensure project continuity and technical accuracy being time efficient.

Key Job Responsibilities:

1. Ideation & Conceptualization
● Creative Vision: Develop comprehensive mood boards, storyboards, and visual mock-ups to communicate design concepts effectively to clients & stakeholders.
● Integrated Branding: Create engaging visuals for social media, marketing campaigns, branding, and print collateral to ensure a consistent narrative across digital and physical platforms.
● Collaboration: Work closely with Client Servicing and Operations teams to ensure designs are unique, creative, and structurally feasible.

2. 2D Design & Event Graphics
● Ex*****on: Design high-impact graphics for event collaterals like gates, stages, photo booths, cutouts, standees, X-banners, danglers, and other branding materials.
● Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail in all outputs, including lighting, composition, and color theory.

3. 3D Modeling & Visualization (Standby Support)
● 3D Renders: Design and render professional exhibition stalls, event stages, and branding setups with a focus on "functional realism" that aligns with client expectations.
● Technical Drawings: Translate approved 3D designs into accurate AutoCAD/2D floor plans and elevations with precise measurements for the production /fabrication team.
● Material Specification: Apply realistic textures based on actual construction materials (e.g., acrylic, HPL, sunboard, vinyl). Broad knowledge of construction materials for stalls and stages is required.

4. Production, Print & Site Supervision
● Print-Ready Mastery: Manage branding assets within 3D models and convert them into final print-ready files (EPS/AI/PDF). Ensure correct scale, bleed, and CMYK color modes for large-format printing.
● File Optimization: Prepare and optimize final files for various outputs (print, web, and large format).
● On-Site Oversight: Conduct occasional site visits during event setup to ensure the physical build matches the approved 3D design and technical measurements.

Technical Requirements & Qualifications:
● Industry Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within a BTL or Event Management agency.
● Software Proficiency: Expert in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and AutoCAD.
● 3D Skills: Solid working knowledge of 3ds Max (V-Ray/Corona), SketchUp, or Blender.
● Material Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the fabrication materials and construction techniques common in the country’s event industry.
● Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing both 2D event branding and realistic 3D stall/stage renders.

➡Key Responsibilities
• Conduct physical and chemical tests on fabrics, trims, denim wash tests and garments as per buyer and international standards (e.g., color fastness, shrinkage, GSM, pH).
• Monitor and evaluate denim washing processes (enzyme wash, stone wash, acid wash, etc.) for quality and consistency.
• Prepare test samples and ensure proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Record, analyze, and report test results accurately and on time.
• Ensure testing procedures comply with buyer requirements and internal SOPs.
• Coordinate with merchandising and quality teams regarding test outcomes and corrective actions.
• Maintain proper documentation and lab records for audits and buyer reviews.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Lab Technician in a garment buying office, factory, or testing laboratory.
• Practical knowledge of denim fabric and wash processes.
• Sound knowledge of textile testing methods and buyer quality standards.
• Experience handling laboratory equipment and testing instruments.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, reporting tools).

Key Responsibilities
Documentation Management
• Prepare, review, and manage shipping and freight documentation including B/L, AWB, invoice, packing list, COO, customs documents, and related reports.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of all export, import, and local shipment documentation.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, shipping lines, airlines, and port authorities regarding document requirements.
• Maintain proper filing (physical and digital) of all shipment-related documents.
• Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations and company SOPs.

Customer Service Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment status, documentation, and service-related queries.

• Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Coordination & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly shipment and customer service reports.
• Monitor service quality and suggest process improvements to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in documentation and customer service within shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics companies.
• Strong knowledge of import/export documentation and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/shipping software.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
