Call Center Executive!!

Job Title: Executive – Call Center
Employment Type: Full-time/ Part-time
Location: Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka (Office-based)
Salary: Open to discuss (based on skills and experience)

Key Responsibilities
▪ Handle outbound and inbound calls to engage potential clients for career-related services
▪ Understand client needs and provide appropriate service information
▪ Convince and convert prospects into paying customers through effective communication
▪ Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads to ensure conversion
▪ Accurately update call records and client information in tracking systems
▪ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements
▪ Bachelor’s in any discipline. Final year students are also encouraged to apply
▪ Strong interest in call center operations, sales, and client handling
▪ Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
▪ Good understanding of professional communication and client interaction

Skills
▪ Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and strong fluency

দীর্ঘ ঈদের ছুটির পর আজ থেকে অধিকাংশ অফিস পুরোদমে চালু হয়েছে। যদিও কিছু অফিস গত সপ্তাহেই খুলেছিল, তবে অধিকাংশ কর্মী আজই কর্মস্থলে ফিরে এসেছেন।দীর্ঘ বিরতির পর কাজে ফিরতে গিয়ে আমাদের অনেকেরই কিছুটা অস্বস্তি বোধ হচ্ছে এবং অনেকেই Brain Fog বা মানসিক জড়তায় ভুগছেন। নিজেদের দায়িত্বগুলো আবার গুছিয়ে নিতে গিয়ে কোথা থেকে শুরু করবেন, তা নিয়েও অনেকেই দ্বিধায় আছেন।
আপনাদের সহায়তার জন্য নিচে কিছু কার্যকর পরামর্শ দেওয়া হলো:
1-সহকর্মীদের সাথে কথা বলুন – কাজের আপডেট জানতে ও সংযোগ পুনরায় তৈরি করতে।
2-Social Media Distraction কমান – কাজের সময় অপ্রয়োজনীয় স্ক্রলিং এড়িয়ে চলুন।
3-Pending কাজের তালিকা করুন – কী কী কাজ বাকি আছে তা পরিষ্কারভাবে লিখে ফেলুন।
4-Priority অনুযায়ী কাজ সাজান – জরুরি ও গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কাজ আগে করুন।
5-Email ও Client message check করুন – গুরুত্বপূর্ণ যোগাযোগগুলো আপডেট নিন।
6-ডেস্ক ও workspace পরিষ্কার করুন – একটি গোছানো পরিবেশ productivity বাড়ায়।
7-ছোট ও সহজ কাজ দিয়ে শুরু করুন – এতে কাজের গতি ফিরে আসে।
8-দিনের গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ২–৩টি কাজ নির্ধারণ করুন – Focus ধরে রাখতে সাহায্য করবে।
9-অপ্রয়োজনীয় মিটিং এড়িয়ে চলুন – সময়কে কার্যকরভাবে ব্যবহার করুন।
10-কাজের momentum তৈরি করুন – একবার flow তৈরি হলে কাজ সহজ হয়।
ছুটির পর কাজে ফিরে আসাটা একটি process। নিজেকে সময় দিন, ধীরে ধীরে নিজের কাজের rhythm ফিরে পাবেন।
