A Day of Learning, Energy & Future-Focused Thinking at DBL Pharma! 🚀

Successfully completed our day-long “Workplace Efficiency & Productivity Improvement” session with the Mid and Higher-Mid Level Leaders of DBL Pharma.

The day was filled with learning, fun, enthusiasm, practical insights and future planning—all centered around one goal: how to work smarter, eliminate inefficiencies and build a more productive workplace.

We were especially honored to have Mr. Tanvir Sajib, the new COO of DBL Pharma, grace the session and inspire the participants with his valuable closing remarks.

Successfully completed an engaging 2-day Kaizen Implementation session with the teams of Confidence Power Bogura Limited & Confidence Energy & Power PLC.

It was not just classroom learning. The teams worked through practical assignments, problem-solving, presentations, teamwork and improvement ideas—turning Kaizen concepts into actions.
