Hiring Senior SEO Executive (3–5 Years Experience)

Salary Range: BDT 35,000 – 60,000 (Based on experience and skill level)

We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO Executive to lead our organic growth initiatives through strategic SEO planning, content strategy, technical optimization, and modern AI-driven search approaches.
Educational Requirements
➟ Bachelor’s degree from any discipline
Experience Requirements
➟ 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SEO and content strategy
➟ Proven experience in improving organic traffic, keyword rankings, and website performance
➟ Experience working with SEO tools and data-driven optimization strategies
➟ Strong understanding of AI SEO, including AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
➟ Ability to develop and execute SEO strategies for both traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms
➟ Experience in the technology or IT industry is preferred
Key Responsibilities
➟ Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic
➟ Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis
➟ Develop and execute content strategies aligned with SEO objectives, user intent, and business goals
➟ Collaborate with content teams to create, optimize, and update website content for improved search visibility and engagement
➟ Optimize website content, landing pages, and site architecture for search engines
➟ Execute and manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives
➟ Plan and implement AEO and GEO strategies to improve visibility in AI search results, featured snippets, and answer-based search experiences
➟ Apply AI SEO best practices to optimize content for generative search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms
Perform technical SEO audits using tools such as Screaming Frog and recommend improvements
➟ Conduct backlink analysis and execute link-building campaigns using Ahrefs and other SEO tools
➟ Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and other SEO platforms
➟ Track, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics, including keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and content performance
➟ Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices
➟ Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, AI SEO developments, AEO, GEO, content marketing practices, and industry developments
Required Skills
➟ Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and content optimization best practices
➟ Good knowledge of AI SEO, AEO, and GEO, with the ability to create strategies for AI-powered search visibility
➟ Experience developing content calendars, topic clusters, and SEO-driven content strategies
➟ Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog
➟ Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website development principles to support technical SEO implementations
➟ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
➟ Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable SEO, AEO, GEO, and content recommendations
➟ Ability to manage multiple SEO projects and meet deadlines effectively
