ZENORIN is looking for a dynamic Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition to manage recruitment services for our clients across multiple industries. This role requires strong ownership of end-to-end hiring, client coordination, and the ability to deliver quality candidates within tight timelines.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
𝐌anage full-cycle recruitment for client mandates (sourcing to placement)
𝐔nderstand client requirements and provide recruitment solutions accordingly
𝐒ource candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and networks
𝐒creen, interview, and shortlist candidates as per client expectations
𝐂oordinate with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
𝐁uild and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring roles
𝐄nsure timely closure of positions and maintain service quality
𝐓rack hiring progress, maintain ATS/database, and share updates with clients
𝐂ontribute to employer branding and business development support when required

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
𝐁achelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
𝐏roven experience in handling multiple roles and stakeholder coordination
𝐒trong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
𝐇ands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS tools
𝐀bility to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Prepare standard costing, BOM costing & cost variance analysis
• Ensure cost records & cost control aligned with production
• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecast preparation
• Monitor factory overhead allocation & actual vs. standard cost tracking
• Support management decisions with cost insights and margin analysis
• Coordinate with factory finance and supply chain for cost optimization
• Assist with internal and external audit activities
• Maintain compliance with cost accounting standards and company policy
