About the Role:-
Zenorin Bangladesh Limited is looking for enthusiastic, proactive, and career-oriented students who are passionate about Human Resources and talent acquisition. This internship offers practical exposure to end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, employer branding, and HR operations.
Students from the top private universities in Bangladesh are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:-
🔹Assist in the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
🔹Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
🔹Screen CVs and prepare candidate shortlists based on job requirements.
🔹Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
🔹Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
🔹Assist in preparing recruitment and HR-related reports.
🔹Support employee onboarding and joining formalities.
🔹Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
🔹Assist with attendance, leave, and other HR operational activities.
🔹Assist in preparing HR letters, notices, and other documents.
🔹Perform data entry and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
🔹Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
Educational Requirements:-
🔹Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or Management discipline.
🔹Preference will be given to students from leading private universities in Bangladesh.
Required Skills & Competencies:-
🔹Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
🔹Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
🔹Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
🔹Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
🔹Positive attitude, learning mindset, and ability to work under deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:-
🔹Active involvement in university clubs, leadership activities, or case competitions.
🔹Familiarity with LinkedIn, Bdjobs, or other recruitment platforms will be an added advantage.
