Last week, the Oxalyo team got together in Belgium. 🇧🇪
The agenda included client visits, project work and plenty of topics to tackle together, but these few days were also about something that does not always make it into the calendar: simply spending time as a team.
When people work across different countries, clients and projects, meeting in person has a different value. Conversations flow more naturally, ideas move faster and, most importantly, relationships become stronger.
Between meetings, visits and work, there was also time to share experiences, laugh a lot and enjoy each other’s company.
We are back to work with projects to move forward, new challenges ahead and an even stronger team.
And judging by the photo, clearly nobody enjoyed themselves very much. 😄
