One month with our new GEME kitchen composter and we’re loving the change. It’s helped us cut down on waste and keep our Inn kitchen running cleaner and greener after approximately 120 breakfasts, sweet treat plates, fruit bowls, and flower arrangements.

Little steps like this add up, and we’re excited to keep going.
