This area just needed a simple declutter, organizing, and *labelling* so our clients can maintain this level of organization moving forward.

Sorry about the shaky “before” videos - it quickly goes into the “after” & final results!

This unique project is still ongoing; these are 2 lovely partners who own side by side apartments. They are putting both up on the market as we are moving them into a seniors residence in July. This is the first unit completed.

On this project we:

👉🏼 Repaired baseboards & electrical
👉🏼 Painted 2 previous feature walls
👉🏼 Patched & painted throughout home
👉🏼 Downsized & Decluttered home & storage
👉🏼 Pre-packed for the move
👉🏼 Deep Cleaned
👉🏼 Had to use existing Art & furniture for staging
👉🏼 Added some decor & furniture for final touches

While two of our teams were on site packing and organizing different projects, Heather was out meeting & mingling with the residents of Wisteria Retirement Residence in Richmond.

We will be helping one of their residence with an internal move - and one lucky person won our raffle of some organizing containers! A fun day for all!
