✅ Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and communications with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
✅ Handle calls, emails, and SMS for the company and its subsidiaries professionally.
✅ Utilize tools like CRM, VOIP, and travel agency software (e.g., Amadeus, Amelia) for client interactions and travel arrangements.
✅ Provide top-notch customer service and assistance across campaigns.
✅ Adapt quickly to different tasks and responsibilities as required.
📋 Requirements:
✔ Willingness to handle multiple campaigns.
✔ 3 monitors required, along with a reliable internet connection and backup internet.
✔ Proficiency in CRM, VOIP, travel agency software like Amadeus and Amelia
✔ Strong communication and multitasking skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setup.
✔ NBI and reference checks will be conducted.
