This week, representatives from ABC Recycling had the opportunity to present a donation to the BC Cancer Foundation. Made in memory of our colleague Wendy, the funds will support the Centre for Lymphoid Cancer.

Wendy was a valued member of the ABC team for many years and is deeply missed by those who knew and worked alongside her. We're honoured to support work that may help other patients and families facing similar journeys.

Over the past several weeks, we've begun introducing ABC Recycling's refreshed values through employee town halls across our organization. Together, we turned scrap metal into community impact.

We're proud to share that this year's Fort St. John Summer Scrap Drive raised more than $30,000 for the Fort St. John Hospital Foundation.

Thank you to the businesses, residents, and community partners who came together to help turn unwanted scrap metal into meaningful support for local healthcare. More than one-third of the donations came from individuals, a testament to the generosity and community spirit of the Peace Region.
