We would like to grow our team in 2022! Do you know someone who is sustainably-minded with the right experience who would make a great addition to our team? We are looking for:

Project Manager – ideal candidate has some experience with Step Code as well as good knowledge of construction and building envelope

Commissioning (Cx) Site Tester – ideal candidate has experience with building mechanicals & construction and is comfortable working on large construction sites

Energy Modeller – ideal candidate has knowledge of Step Code, and experience coordinating and completing energy models for new construction (Part 9)

A blockbuster event this morning in Vancouver, as builders, developers, inspectors and designers came together in the room and online to learn about the essentials of air tightness testing.

This BC Housing Building Smart seminar was presented by a collaborative team of experts from E3 Eco Group, Morrison Hershfield and RDH. Thanks to James Higgins, Stephen Wong and our very own Einar Halbig.

LOW-ENERGY DESIGN. Stilt House. E3 Eco Group’s shot of the Solar Pathfinder reflection for our site near D’Arcy B.C.. The information from this crazy tool, in combination with climate data for our site, will be used to determine how much sun hits each window of the house throughout the day and throughout the year.
