We’re Hiring: Office Admin / Customer Service Representative

We are one of the leading suppliers for the wide format print industry in Western Canada and are currently looking for a Full-Time Office Admin / Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Our office is located near the Brentwood area of Burnaby, and we offer a friendly, team-oriented workplace where collaboration and a positive environment are highly valued.

✅ What you’ll do:
You will play an important role in supporting daily office operations and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

✅ Key responsibilities include:
- Managing all inbound calls or redirecting to the correct team members
- Processing order requests, from order entry, to processing and shipping arrangements
- Responding to email inquiries from various clients
- Communicate efficiently with sales team to ensure orders are received and processed smoothly
- Assisting with online store orders as needed
- Maintain and order office/kitchen supplies
- Greet and direct visitors for meetings, order pickups, couriers, etc.
- Receiving packages and packing orders for shipping
- Additional sales support as needed
- Accounts Receivable duties and processing credit card payments
- Assisting with inventory tracking and purchasing
- Creating postings for social media accounts

✅ What we’re looking for:
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks software
- Previous experience in customer service/office admin an asset
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail, etc.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Social media skills are an asset
- Must be able to climb stairs and lift up to 25 lbs (11 kg)

👉 This is an in-person, full-time position requiring availability Monday through Friday.
