As we step into 2026, I’ve been reflecting on this refreshed consulting journey over the past two years. Fully returning to consulting has been energizing, clarifying, and deeply meaningful. I’m grateful to every organization that welcomed me in, every leader who placed their trust in me, and every opportunity to contribute to stronger, more resilient workplaces across our communities.

A good article written by a contact of mine at Fasken Martineau regarding non-compete clauses. They are not easily enforceable and you're better off with protecting your company with incorporating non-solicitation clauses in your employment agreement templates.
