As we step into 2026, I’ve been reflecting on this refreshed consulting journey over the past two years. Fully returning to consulting has been energizing, clarifying, and deeply meaningful. I’m grateful to every organization that welcomed me in, every leader who placed their trust in me, and every opportunity to contribute to stronger, more resilient workplaces across our communities.
