This year’s AGM will be offered in a hybrid format, giving members the option to participate either virtually or in person.

What is an AGM?

As a member-based organization, the AGM is an opportunity to reflect on the year behind us, share organizational updates, review key business items, and help shape the future direction of VIEA through member participation.

4:30–5:30 PM

In-person attendance:
📍 The Heart Co-Work Space
Unit 302, Ocean Pacific Building
871 Island Highway, Campbell River

⏰ 4:00–6:00 PM

We’re excited to host this year’s in-person gathering at The Heart, a new shared community workspace created by and designed to bring people together across sectors through collaboration, innovation, and community-building.

For those joining us in person, refreshments will be available before and after the formal AGM portion to allow time for networking and conversation.

AGM notices and invitations have been sent to VIEA members. If you believe you should have received one and did not, please reach out and we’ll make sure you receive a copy.

Please RSVP by Wednesday, June 10 at 5:00 PM.

We look forward to sharing what has been happening across VIEA over the last year and seeing everyone there.

Get • I am so excited to share this with you.

The Leadership Fundamentals Online Course is built around the nine fundamentals every leader needs: positivity, resilience, healthy competition, team building, productivity, community, psychological safety, relationship intelligence, and bringing out the best in yourself and others.

Here’s the part I love most: You choose how to take it.

Want the full experience? Work through all nine modules and walk away with a complete leadership toolkit. Just want to dig into one area? Pick a single module - psychological safety, resilience, team building, whichever one speaks to where you are right now - and go deep on that.

This program is for individuals who want to grow as leaders, and for organizations ready to invest in their people. It’s self-paced, packed with real stories, practical tools, and exercises you can use right away.

Whether you’re leading a team, running your own business, or simply wanting to show up better at work and at home - there’s something here for you.
