📣 A QUICK UPDATE ABOUT LAST NIGHT’S AUCTION INVOICES!

We sincerely apologize for the multiple emails you may have received with your invoices from last night’s auction. We experienced some technical issues, but everything should now be corrected! 🙌

If you believe you were the successful bidder on an item but haven’t received your invoice, please reach out to us at [email protected].

A couple of quick things to check:
📩 Your invoice may have landed in your junk or spam folder.
🍎 If you use Apple’s Hide My Email feature, your invoice may not have reached you. This would need to be updated to your actual email in your HiBid account.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding while we worked to get everything sorted out. We truly appreciate you being part of the Nova Auction & Retail community! ❤️
